Mass Effect Andromeda Revealed With a Trailer

The new Mass Effect has been revealed.

Mass Effect Andromeda is the name of the new-gen Mass Effect game. EA opened its press conference with a CGI trailer for the game, which we have below.

Series hallmarks can be easily spotted within, such as the N7 badge, the Mako, the Omni-Toll and more. The game currently has a holiday 2016 release date.

BioWare and EA have not revealed any solid details, but this new blog post touches on a few points. Notably, it confirms that the game takes place “long” after the events of the original trilogy, and will let you explore the titular galaxy.

Mass Effect Andromeda is built on the Frostbite engine, and the trailer below represents the developer’s “visual target.”
